Polder Essential Cook's Colander

The Essential Cook's Colander from Polder is a multi-functional basket. It can be used as a strainer when rinsing fruits and vegetables in the sink.
Place the basket inside your stock pot with boiling water and use it as an in-the-pot pasta strainer.
Place it in your pot with just an inch or two of water, add your vegetables or clams, and use the basket as a steamer.
Blanch vegetables in the stock pot when canning.
The 8" high colander is made of 18/8 stainless steel that is rust-resistant.
